Shivanjali Trust is a public charitable Trust started to serve the society through various charitable activities. Siva Shantha Mother and Child Health Centre is the medical wing of Shivanjali Trust. Thank you for considering making a donation to Shivanjali Trust. By making a donation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Donation Acceptance

• 1.1. Shivanjali Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any donation, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.

3. Tax Deductibility

• 3.1. Donations to Shivanjali Trust may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors are responsible for determining the tax deductibility of their contributions and for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• 3.2. As per the Indian Income Tax Department’s rules, a donor is required to add their address and PAN number in case they wish to receive the 80G tax-exemption certificate

4. Acknowledgment

• 4.1. Shivanjali Trust will provide donors with an acknowledgment of their donation for tax purposes, as required by law.
• 4.2. Donors may request acknowledgment letters or receipts for their donations, and Shivanjali Trust will make reasonable efforts to provide such documentation in a timely manner.

5. Donor Information

• 5.1. Shivanjali Trust respects the privacy of its donors and will not disclose or sell donor information to third parties, except as required by law or with the donor’s consent.

6. Designated Donations

• 6.1. Donors may specify the use of their donation for a particular program or initiative of Shivanjali Trust. However, Shivanjali Trust reserves the right to allocate donations as needed to fulfil its mission, even if not specifically designated by the donor.
